Stunning tranquil place to visit. Well worth the drive through windy roads. Woodland walks and lake side drives and walks.

Beautiful scenery and lovely walks in the area. Just don’t bother paying for parking it seems, there is so much free parking around the reservoir that it seems strange literally 1min away, you pay £4 to park.

This is a very peaceful area, picturesque lake in the middle of quiet forests and hills. Personally I found the waterfall and the turret building the highlights.

Nice drive around, but not much parking when it's busy, as it was chucking it down while we were there it wasn't a problem. However, on the drive round views of the reservoir are blocked out most of the time by the trees.

A stunning and beautiful place for everyone. Walks, bike rides, runs, anything you want it to be. You won't get bored of the views even if the weather isn't the best. I'd recommend a full lake walk to anyone visiting and even more for cycling around a few times.

Wonderful picturesque Lake Vyrnwy, whether you visit for the scenic views, the wildlife or the stunning dam, there is something for everyone here. Go for a scenic drive or bike ride around the lake, birdwatching in some of the hides provided by the RSPB around the lake. Or just chill with a nice cup of fresh coffee. A must place to visit in North Wales.

What a place! Absolutely stunning! I think the photos speak for themselves. Parking. Cafe. Toilets. Watersports available. Will definitely be visiting again.
